When do I receive my invoice?

Your invoice will be generated 3 hours after the end of your ride. We will send it to you via email and additionally you can download the invoice in your ride history on the website or in your bookings overview in the app. If the 3 hours have passed and you haven't received your invoice, please check the booking profile you had used for the booking and make sure the correct email address was added.
