How can I cancel a booking?
To cancel a booking please log in to your SIXT account on the website or in the SIXT app and go to your bookings overview. Open the booking you would like to cancel and click on "cancel". Once you cancel a ride, we will send you a confirmation of the cancellation immediately via email.
