Our bookings do not have any hidden fees or additional surcharges. As long as there are no extra stops, luggage or passengers that were not accounted for during the booking, what you see is what you pay.

Where will I meet my driver?

For pick-ups at the airport, your driver will be waiting for you once you exit baggage claim, holding a sign with your name displayed, so you can easily identify them. If you're travelling to the airport, your driver will wait for you outside your chosen address or inside your hotel lobby and will wait for free up to 15 minutes from the agreed pick-up time.
