What happens if my flight is delayed?

You don't have to worry if your flight is delayed as we include a complimentary 60-minute free wait time from when you land. We recommend entering your flight number when you book your transfer from the airport so your driver is able to track your flight arrival time and so, in the case your flight is delayed, your pick-up time will be adjusted. Alternatively, you can set a later pick-up time from your estimated arrival to give yourself more time to get out of the airport without added stress.

What is the cancellation policy for my Manchester airport transfer?

Our airport transfer services allow cancellations up to 60 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time, which includes collection from the airport itself if no flight number was provided. If the flight number was provided during the booking, we allow cancellations up to 1 hour before the actual landing time of the flight.
