Are there any additional charges for flight delays or early arrivals?

There shouldn't be any extra fees as our drivers will track your flight and adjust the pick-up time accordingly so you don't have to worry about flight delays or early arrivals. We also include a free 60-minute wait time from when you land but do recommend providing your flight details within your booking to avoid any additional surcharges for your airport transfers.

What happens if I'm delayed at the airport?

Each transfer from the airport comes with up to 60 minutes of free waiting time depending on your chosen car class. During the booking process, you are also able to select a later time from when you land to allow yourself some additional time to grab your luggage and get through passport control without any added stress.
