*All prices include the statutory value added tax. The monthly instalments are due each month in advance; if the SIXT+ unlimited contract does not start on the first day of a month, the first monthly instalment will be charged pro rata. A one-off start fee of two monthly instalments is payable upon conclusion of the contract. The prices shown include the following services: unlimited rentals, 4,000 free kilometres per month, third-party insurance as well as basic fully comprehensive and theft protection, child seat, additional driver, location surcharge for premium stations, national one-way rentals, fuel service and winter tyres. Fuel costs for the vehicle are not included and are to be paid by the customer. Deductible reduction and other extras can be added at an additional cost. A minimum contract period of three months applies. Unless the contract starts on the first day of a month, the minimum term ends on the last day of the following month. After expiry of the minimum contract period, the contract is always automatically extended by a further month in each case. The customer is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship at any time by sending his written notice of termination by email to unlimited@sixt.com. A termination of the contract by SIXT is possible at the earliest three months after the beginning of the contract. The customer is obliged to exchange or return the vehicle no later than 30 days after taking possession of the vehicle. The 30-day period begins on the day of handover and the exchange must take place on the 30th day of rental at the latest. The illustration of the vehicle pictures is only a sample of the respective vehicle category (errors excepted). Within a vehicle category (from Compact to Extraordinary), different vehicle models and types are grouped together. The assignment of vehicle models to a vehicle category is made based on the first letter of the ACRISS code, which can be found at https://www.sixt.co.uk/acriss-code/. Within a category, there is no claim to a specific model, transmission, construction type, drive type, make or model variant. Vehicle categories and the models they contain may vary from country to country. However, when making a vehicle reservation, the customer has the option of selecting a vehicle that is available at that time. Convertible as well as Sports & Luxury vehicles are not included. Reservations for a vehicle pick-up or exchange must be made up to 48 hours in advance; reservations made at short notice will be subject to an additional charge and category-specific vehicle availability cannot be guaranteed. Only one vehicle can be issued at a time under a SIXT+ unlimited contract. The mobility guarantee is personal and not transferable to other persons. Individual vehicle pick-ups under a SIXT+ unlimited contract cannot be taken into account for bonus programmes (e.g. frequent flyer programmes or Payback).
