How and where can I pick my car up?

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY CAR?

You simply select the start date of your SIXT + car subscription yourself during the online booking. You can find the start date you have specified in your online login after booking and in your subscription confirmation e-mail. 

HOW AND WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY CAR?

You choose the city where you want to pick up your car during the online booking. After completing your booking, you will find the pickup station address in your online account and will also receive an email that includes your pickup information.

WHAT PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION (ID) / DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME WHEN COLLECTING THE VEHICLE?

  • A Full / Valid Driver's Licence for all named drivers. This may be 1 of the following:
    • Plastic part of your Drivers licence OR
    • Classic paper driving licence
    • Please note: Driving licenses printed with non-Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic etc.) must be complemented by an International driving licenc
    • For UK Licences: Driver’s details of all Endorsements / Points =  Since the 8th June 2015, in the form, of A DVLA Check Code (which replaces the paper counterpart that was abolished on the 8th June 2015).
  • Valid method of payment in the name of the main driver.  See rental information accepted methods of payment.
  • UK residents: Two Proofs of Address less than 3 months old  // Non UK Residents:  Valid Passport or National ID Card

CAN ANOTHER PERSON PICK UP THE CAR FOR ME?

Pickup by another person is unfortunately not possible.
