What is the charge to amend a reservation?
SIXT offers you full flexibility so that you can stay mobile and make your travel plans with confidence. If your change leads to a price increase, only the difference in tariff will apply. No additional rebooking fee will be charged. If you booked with the "pay later" option, then you can change your reservation as any time with no additional cost.

How much notice must I give to amend a reservation?
- Prepaid amendments must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of rental.
- Amendments to flexible bookings can be made at any point prior to the start.

I have rented a car with SIXT, how can I extend the Rental Agreement?
For 'Pay Later' type rentals, extension requests are possible up to a maximum of 5 days, depending on the increase in cost. Extensions for more than 3 days will need to be done in branch.
Whereas 'Pay Now' type rentals, extension requests are possible up to a maximum of 3 days. Any longer will need to be done in the branch.
